Kinetic Civil has extensive experience in the successful management of projects from small Maintenance Projects through major Multi-Disciplinary Engineering Projects. This experience includes Project Management and Site Supervision.

Kinetic Civil follow the principles of “real time” monitoring of project performance at the three main levels of Program, Cost and Quality (which incorporates Safety and Environment). Using this methodology when issues arise, or are forecast to arise, they are addressed quickly and effectively so as to maximize Project Performance.
