About Us

Kinetic Civil Pty Ltd was formed by Derek Westerland in 1997 to provide Project Management, Estimating and Engineering Service to the Civil Construction sector.

Kinetic's major clients in the first 3 years were Moreverk Pty Ltd, Gambier Earthmovers and Atlex. During this period Kinetic Civil also acquired several items of Road Construction Equipment which were hired to contractors.

In October 2000, Kinetic Civil teamed up with JDI Group to purchase the VicRoads Pre-Qualified Civil Contractor Moreverk Pty Ltd. It was renamed Morverk Constructions Pty Ltd.

Morverk Constructions Pty Ltd has successfully operated since then with annual turnover up to $12 Million per annum and a total value of work completed in excess of $85 Million in 14 years. The majority of this work has been for government clients.

In 2014 a new business, Bridge-Tech was established to facilitate the purchase of an Under Bridge Access Unit and to provide Bridge Specific services to the Construction Sector.
